You send a HEY. Your coach finds the words.

A friendly message, written to help you get your money back and sent with care on your behalf — so it reads as a reminder, not a reproach.

  • It names the amount and what it was for, so nobody has to guess.
  • It comes from HEY!Money, so you are not the one chasing.
  • It gives your friend an easy way to answer, without an awkward conversation.

Easy for both of you

With SMS or email, your friend opens a private link and answers in one tap. You get a notice in the app, and the date is recorded on the debt.

Why I built HeyMoney

I’ve seen many friendships and families damaged over money. People don’t realise it often starts with small amounts and forgetfulness, but that builds resentment that eventually breaks relationships. It happened to me. HeyMoney cuts that vicious circle at the root: a friendly, human way to remember and settle debts without hurting relationships.

The short answers

Can I use HEY!Money for free?

Yes. No card or subscription: you get 5 free credits every month (on the 24th) and 20 for every person you invite who signs up.

How many credits does each message use?

A WhatsApp uses 1 credit and an SMS uses 3. With 30 credits you can send 30 WhatsApps, 10 SMS, or a mix of both.

What is the difference between a top-up and Plus?

A top-up is a one-off payment for 10, 25 or 70 credits, with no renewal. Plus (€1.99/month) adds 30 credits at each monthly renewal, on top of your 5 free ones.

Can I buy credits or get Plus yet?

Not yet. We are preparing these options and you can tell us which one interests you.

What happens when I confirm interest in an option?

We only record your interest. You are not charged, no subscription starts and no credits are added.

How will paid credits add up?

Paid credits are planned to add up and never expire. If you cancel Plus, renewals stop and you keep your balance.

When would I get my Plus credits?

The 30 credits would arrive at each monthly renewal, and the 5 free ones on the 24th: 35 a month over two dates.

Do you touch my bank?

Never. We do not ask for bank logins or move money.

Does my friend need the app?

No. They just get a message.

How do we settle?

Bizum, transfer or cash — however you already do it.

Stop going broke for being the reliable friend.
